We scan your photos on a Hi Quality Photo scanner, as tiff files, at a minimum of 300dpi or higher for smaller pictures. This level of resolution ensures your final images look clean and sharp when viewed on your TV, no matter how big your flat screen is. At the same time, we optimise your photo quality during the scanning process.
After scanning and enhancing your photos, we manually open each image on the computer using photo editing software to add numerous additional refinements.
Once happy with the images, we convert your photos into a movie presentation, including professional titles and background music. We can combine all your formats - photographs, slides, negatives and digital camera images into one DVD slide show.
In addition, we can add a menu, chapter points throughout the photo show, and a set of instructions allowing the DVD to start automatically, so no more fiddling with the remote.
Each photo image will appear on the screen for about five to six seconds before subtly crossfading into the next. Your pictures will come and go on the screen while appropriate music plays in the background. Then hit the pause button on your remote if you want to stop and enjoy any of the images for longer. Your chosen photo will remain on screen without distortion or jitter for as long as needed.
We create a separate USB stick of all your photo images for your computer, and you can also print pictures on the USB to at least the original photo size or larger in the case of smaller originals.
